While others perspective that younger people are better to become captains. The aforementioned views will be analysed before concluding that I strongly side with the latters viewpoint.

To begin with, older leaders will bring more experiences which help them contributing and improving their organisations. This is because their years of working that making them more professional and well-organised to their jobs as directors or managers. For example, there are many CEO in big bussinesses had make their companies more successful due to their time working with the job. Moreover, older people become a leader have more trust and responsibility. For instance, in charity activities, a older skilled worker can have more reliance to operate a campain leading others to complete it.＋On the other hand, young leaders have more potentials to improve and develop new things to the sociaty which can make the social more better. In addition, Mark Zuckerberg who was the founder of Facebook which gain people access to the internet an connect them in far distance although he was 19 years old. Furthermore, young people not only have more experiences in the future but also get more new technique from develop technologies and older worker. Additonally, young leaders can learn and inherit the skills from their older people that helping them leading to new approach in the future.＋
