In today’s world, the issue of jobs has received great attention from the community. It is believed that people who choose permanent jobs from early age are more satisfying career life rather than those who frequently change job. From my perspective, I partly agree with this opinion and give my reasons below

Undoubtedly, there are several benefits from permanent jobs. Firstly, it can offer for people a better employment prospect. This is because permanent jobs give them more practical experienced and more reliance from co-workers, which help them get promotion and highly-paying after a long time. Thereby they are willing to devote for company’s profit.. For example, teacher usually work in fixed place such as school, which help them become closer to student and more understand how to teach them better. Secondly, permanent jobs can bring them a stable source of income. This is because people can receive many perks such as pension and paid-leave, which help them reduce financial burden and have stable life when they enter the retired period. Beside this, many companies also offer more benefits such as health insurance and travel for official staff, which help employees reduce stress and tired. As a result, companies can save a large of money to train new employees such as graduation and have source of quality employment＋

While it is true that permanent jobs can offer significant benefits. I am of opinion that people should try to change their jobs. To begin with, temporary jobs can help people have new experiences. One explanation is that, people can broaden their horizons in different field, which help employees become more flexible in any situation and confident by themselves.＋ Next, temporary jobs give employees more opportunities to learn from others. This is because they can expose to different working environment from domestic to overseas, which help them learn about teamwork skill, language and some effective approach from different companies. As a result, they can know more about world and how to the company can operate and achieve successfully.＋

＋In conclusion, the above mentioned facts have created a dilemma when people evaluate the effects of this issue, and it has still sparked controversy in recent years. I am of opinion that people should try to change their jobs because several benefits related to opportunities to learn from others and gain new experience. People should have further consideration on this issue.
