In recent years, the issue of job has sparked considerable debate among academics, policymakers and general public alike. It is strongly believed that people who pick a job early and pursuing it are more likely to get a better career life than those who frequently change jobs. From my perspective, I partly agree with the idea given. This essay will explain main reasons to support of my view.

On the one hand, there are some benefits for the idea of staying a course. To begin with, pursuing a job without changing help people to get deep expertise and mastery. This is because they practiced and did the same structure everyday.＋ It means that they were too familiar with the works and tasks and from there, they achieved lots of essential skills such as hard-working, teaching or get higher confidence. Individuals, who are skillful and active in jobs, often are promoted fast and easily, especially in modern world today. Furthermore, remaining on a predictable career track not only reduces stress and anxiety and improve the stability. When people focus on one jobs, they can avoid adapting new environment, or need to prepare for another interview, which is never easy to overcome and certainly in job market.On the other hand, changing jobs frequently can also bring several benefits. First, it gives individuals chances to explore new culture and tradition.＋ For example, when people can change from a traditional company to a foreign one, they will be given a chance to learn new languages and also communicate with more other people. Moreover, it is strongly believed that changing career much will help individuals get more real life experiences. Adapting to different corporate cultures, tools and team works foster the ability of problem-solving skills, communication and so on. Because of doing different jobs acquires people must have distinctive essential skills, so individuals who do many work tend to be more active and acknowledge.

＋In conclusion, both of perspectives have its own benefits and drawbacks and it is really difficult to decide whether views is better. People should take much more time to think about the issue carefully.
