As all countries around the world use and communicate in several languages, citizens from various nations can express their ideas and notions and fully understand each other without constrained by language barrier. This phenomenon is also accompanied by the effective cooperations between nations. ＋Given that authorities and governments can comprehend others’ contracts and dialogues, or even gain instant access to urgent information from other nations without through translation, the cooperation among these nations can function effectively, thereby promoting joint coordination to bolster the societal stability all over the world. In contrast, because of the individual nation’s customs and cultures associated with their languages, the gradual disappearance of languages has become an alarming problem that has to be addressed to maintain the diversity of cultures and customs.

Throughout the stages of the history, a nation was established associated with the emergence of its national language, being accompanied by the establishment and progression of the specific customs of each region in a nation. A language was developed and modified based on cultures and customs, according to their rules, conversations and lifestyle. Therefore, when a language dies out means that there is no one using this language in the conversations and daily life as well as maintaining their customs.
