Some people argue that technology fosters a sense of isolation, while others believe that it creates more chances to meet and communicate in our lives. Both viewpoints are valid, I strongly believe that technology can enhance connection and social network due to communication services.

On the one hand, modern technology can reduce social connection in our daily life. Almost teenagers and adults spend excessive time on social media, which includes interesting videos or online conversations, such as Facebook, Instagram,... This may lead to fewer face-to-face meetings and conversations, which means that traditional communication is lack of emotional depth with the dissapearance of physical presence or tone of voice and building meaningful relationships become harder and harder for each individuals. As a result, people eventually suffer from serious mental health problems such as loneliness, work pressure, anxiety,... despite being constantly connected through communication platforms.On the other hand, digital devices can facilitate communication in this era by giving opportunities to stay connected with families and friends. Through communication services like video calls or instant messaging, individuals can maintain good relationships with their families regardless where they are. Also, teenagers can expand their network by making friends on social media, who share common interests and the same ambitions. This is one of the effective way to build sustainable relationships and encourage social inclusion for individuals.

In conclusion, although both views are valid to some extents, I still opine that technology can enhance human communication with the widespread of digital devices and social media.
