The plans illustrate a structural transformation of a particular building ground level through three main stages: an office (1958-1984), an apartment (1958-2000), and a flower shop (2001-present). Overall, the building underwent significant internal reconfiguration to serve different functional purposes. Over the decade, the layout shifted from a series of small rooms to a more expansive design. It is also noticeable that the kitchen room on the top-right corner remains the only permanent fixture throughout all three phrases. In the initial period, the floor was divided into multiple specialized rooms centered around a main corridor. The left side featured a meeting room adjacent to an assistant’s and secretary’s offices, with a toilet located near the entrance. Conversely, the right side contained the kitchen, a manager office and a reception area. By 1985, the building had been converted into an apartment, representing substantial remodeling. The capacity in the left side transformed in to a living room and a large bathroom with a shower. On the opposite side, the manager office and the reception area were redeveloped into two bedrooms. In the final phrase, commencing in 2001, the building was converted into a flower shop with a spacious layout. A flower display occupied the central area and lower-right corner of the building. To the left of this area were sections for gift cards and a play area, while an office was established in the location of Bedroom 1. Meanwhile, an additional flower display replaced the space previously occupied by Bedroom 2. Notwithstanding these changes, the kitchen continuously lays in its original position throughout the period.
