On the other hand, the figures for money donations in EU and other countries were lower than those of the USA. There was a slight rise by 0.3 million dollars between 2006 and 2007. Likewise, two figures for EU and other countries witnessed a slight increase by 0.4 million dollars during a year. In contrast, they all witnessed a slight decline by 0.3 million dollars in 2009. However, in 2010, there was a slight increase by 0.4 million dollars. Turning to the figures of total, there was an upward trend from 2006 to 2010. However, the figures for donated money in 2009 drop slightly by 0.9 million dollars. Consequently, the total amount climbed from 15.7 million to a peak of 28.1 millon between 2006 and 2010, after falling slightly to 23.5 million in 2009.
