On the one hand, following famous stars can bring some small benefits. Firstly, sports stars can inspire young people to do more exercise and stay healthy. For example, when teenagers watch football stars like Cristiano Ronaldo, they want to play football with friends. Secondly, media stars can help young people relax after studying. Watching funny videos or music shows can reduce stress.＋

On the other hand, I believe that bad behavior from celebrities causes serious problems. Firstly, many stars drink alcohol, smoke, or show off bad habits on social media. Young people often copy their idols without thinking, so they can adopt these bad habits too. Secondly, some stars show off expensive clothes and cars. This makes young people care too much about money and buying expensive items, which can hurt their family’s money situation.＋

＋In conclusion, although media and sports stars can give entertainment and inspiration, I believe that admiring bad role models is mostly negative. Young people should learn to choose better idols who set good examples for them.
