However, completing an abroad study and a work placement brings students a great deal of benefits. Regrading studying abroad, this allows them to learn a new language not only through self-study but also by communicating with classmates or striking up conversations with local people, which can help them secure a high-salary job in the future. Furthermore, traveling to other countries for six months or a year enables undergraduates to gain insights into these countries' culture and traditional customs, significantly broadening their global perspective. Moreover, regarding internships, students can gain much practical experience from taking on responsibilities for their tasks and deadlines, helping them adjust to hectic work schedules and face unexpected problems that arise in the work environment. Notably, many employers nowadays prioritize those who have prior work experience guarantee the quality of execution. Consequently, completing a work placement significantly increases students' prospects of securing employment after graduation.

In conclusion, there are many downsides to studying abroad and completing a work placement while studying undergraduate courses in universities. However, exposure to new cultures and languages gained from traveling abroad, along with practical experience obtained from internships, notably increases students' job opportunities in the future.
