The given map demonstrates the plan for a new town. Overall, it is evident that many amenities will be located at the town centre, while the industrial areas will be built on the outskirts. In addition, housing will cover most of the remaining area around the town. Looking first at the area inside the ring road, the town center will be situated at the middle of the map, including some amenities such as shops. The parking lots and bus station will be located in the town centre, which will connect with other roads. Areas for many recreational facilities will be provided along the roads, whereas two of them will be built near the housing areas next to the ring road. Residential areas will surround the town center and extend towards the ring road. Moving to the outskirts areas, two industrial areas will be positioned opposite each other, in the North-west and South-east of the town. There will be three small leisure areas in the bottom of the map, near the housing areas. The residential houses will be distributed around the outskirts, being divided by the roads. Along the northern side of the town, three large recreational areas are planned.
