The graph depicts the percentages of males aged 16-25, giving comparisons on their preferences of watching and participating in six different sports in a particular country. Overall, most of the given categories shows greater percentages in watching than participating, apart from fishing with its overwhelming participating percentage compared to that of watching. Football, rugby and basketball all recorded higher percentages in watching than joining in the sports. Particularly, football demonstrates the most remarkable difference between the percentage of watchers and participants, with a disparity of approximately 35%. Rugby and basketball, on the other hand, show more moderate gaps of 10% and 13% respectively. The other half of the graph illustrates more substantial gaps between the two given brackets. While badminton demonstrates a slight difference between the percentages of audience and participants of around 3%, horse riding and racing and fishing show the opposite trend. Fishing has the participating rate of 50%, more than triple its own percentage in watching category. Horse riding and racing recorded a similar trend with football, in which its watching rate is much higher than that of participating.
