Access to clean water is a basic human right. Therefore, every home should have a clean water supply without charge. There are people in support of it and on the other hand people who are against it. Aligning myself with the view of majority it should be provided free of charge to every single home.＋

Talking of my personal experience, living in Pakistan access to clean water is limited to a very narrow class of people usually the middle class and above and of course by charging them for it.＋ According to recent surveys, more than 55% of the population is under the belt of poverty that simply means a lot more than this percentage of people have access to clean water because the live in rural areas and they usually drink from handpumps that is not necessarily the quality of water to drink.

Many human right organisations like united nations are trying to overcome this problem but it is a big problem that cannot be solved by any international organisation until the government of that country actively takes part in it. Access to clean water is a necessity and unfortunately almost every developed country is charging for it. Especially, talking about the agriculture many countries are suffering just because the underground water is not suitable for this purpose.

Conversely, if we put our feet in government boots it always feel necessary to charge for water as they are spending money on it like building distillation plants and finding other means to overcome the problem and fact that natural clean water is vanishing from the Earth. So, there is a need to build such facilities and filter plants that can convert salty water from oceans to a standard that can be used for agriculture, drinking and other purposes.

In conclusion, majority of the people will vote in the favour of the subject that clean water should be provided at no cost to consumers although they can charge to the organisations and business that use water for their production or in their processes.
