The overall process of ethanol production is a cyclic process beginning with the growth of plants and trees, and concluding in the application of ethanol as fuel. In the final stage, carbon dioxide is released and taken up by plants once again, and trees grow based on energy proudect by sunlight and carbon dioxide from the ar. Once grown, they are picked up and taken to a pre-processing phase. the plant material is then turned into cellulose is converted to sugars. Next, microbes are added to sugars to produce ethanol. From then on, various forms of transport- including cars, trucks and planes - use the completed biofuel. These cars emit carbon dioxide into the air, while they are running on ethanol. This carbon is afterwards absorbed by growing plants and the entire production process begins once more. Thus, enthanol production is a cycle of renewable between plants and fuel production and transport.
