＋It is argued that many individuals argue that money is a crucial factor in choosing a personal career, while others believe that job satisfaction is more valuable. Although both views have their own justification, I lean towards the former, while job satisfaction is important for personal, I believe that financial stability is the primary factor to consider when choosing a career.

On the one hand, many people argue that job satisfaction will help individuals feel comfortable and enthusiastic. It helps individuals to remain productive as well as without feeling overwhelmed by job stress. However, that career will bring them a stable income. There are many citizens who, in order to satisfy their dream job, forget to carefully check how the unemployment rate is going. In the present, a majority of careers are being phased out by artificial intelligence and other technologies. Many people falsely believe that pursuing their dream is the key to achieving career success.＋ The labor market is more and more fierce competition and people cannot know which career are still in high demand today or what is the salary level the business will pay them? On the other hand, I side with those who hold the view that money is the most important factor in choosing a career. Although a career may not bring job satisfaction for someone, that career can improve their standard of living. In other words, a job which everyone does not like will be the main support for their income stability. Citizens will not be worried about finances because a high salary level will help them meet basic needs as well as bring about long-term stability. A prime illustration of this point is that trends in choosing majors and careers of young people. Each year, the number of applications registered in industries such as information technology, banking, data science are becoming increasingly popular. Young people choose these industries not because of passion but because of increasing job opportunities.＋

＋In conclusion, although finding joy in one's work is valuable, i believe that income stability is one of the most crucial factors to improve people's standard of living is to ensure financial security and wealth accumulation.
