＋It is often said that there are many people drawing attention to the Role and importance of environmental damaging factors with the world.＋ In fact,there are some who hold firmly to their belief that there are many factors that make the environment worse. According to those acts any individual or government must take responsibility. Therefore, some major points in relation to the above issue will be addressed in the following paragraphs.

To begin with, there are a number of points for people to prove that some acts cause environmental damage. Firstly, it is a well-documented fact that deforestation is carried out very much. The most obvious example to prove is that deforestation is the agent to cause some environmental damages like flood because when the forests do not have enough trees to prevent water from coming to the area it will create flood. Second, there is no denying that people nowadays litter and it creates pollutants. For example, when people litter a lot, the government must remove those by firing them, so that it makes the world hotter than before and it will cause some environmental damage like floods, earthquakes or global warming.＋

In order to find who should take responsibility for this problem, people need to find the origin of this problem and every environmental damage surely has origin from some individuals in the world, and there are some main points for people to defend this opinion. First and foremost, it is commonly accepted that with any individuals in the world they must have awareness about environmental protection and the government cannot manage every person to perform. A clear example being found to prove is that in a country the government have many world to do and they cannot control people to do the rules of environment although from the past to now, the government also create something to defend the environment like creating new rules, advertising but this problem has never reduced, so that resident must take responsibility for any act they did. Second, there is no doubt that some individuals nowadays are not afraid of the rule of a country and it makes them more confident to isolate themselves.＋＋

In conclusion, it is my strong belief that some individuals are the main reason for the environmental damage. Accordingly, I highly recommend that the governments should enhance people’s awareness in terms of the role of individuals in the environment. If this recommendation is carried out, the comprehensive development of our society will be ensured.
