＋＋The debate regarding people relocate away from their families and peers due working purposes has been controversial in terms of whether the benefits surpass the drawbacks. In my opinion, there are both pros and cons in this situation that could be discussed in the following essay.

On the one hand, there are two main advantages for inhabitants to move away from their close people for work. First and foremost, most people in the rural areas tend to relocate to the main cities due to the high-quality and well-paid occupations. Take Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City as compelling examples, these are the two most modern and bustle cities in Vietnam, which are considered to be worth-working due to its variety of jobs' opportunities regarding technology or finance. To be more specific, people especially the underprivileged ones would have more chances to approach to worldwide enterprises with attractive salaries and appealing benefits. Therefore, most people who live far from home can actually earn sustainable income and send money back for their families simultaneously. Secondly, youngsters especially the freshly graduated students could earn more chances to engage with professional and advanced working environment in the big corps. Consequently, after spending years to accumulate knowledge and experience, those people can return to their hometown with the aim of conveying what they have learnt to the other people.＋

On the other hand, there are some inevitable drawbacks when people have to relocate for work. Firstly, one of the biggest disadvantages is the commuting and living expenses. Specifically, when people move from the rural regions to the main cities or foreign countries seeking for jobs, they mostly have to deal with expensive traveling and living costs like plane tickets or housing accommodation. If people stay at their hometown with their families, they would not have to pay for those fees, which sometimes can cost a fortune. Furthermore, lack of love and caring for the family members especially the elderly must be taken into consideration when people have to move away for work. It has been witnessed in many countries like Vietnam or Japan, when middle-aged people decide to move to suburban areas for work, their parents tend to live by themselves at home, which means they have to regularly face with loneliness. Subsequently, many older people have faced with boredom and some major depressive disorders, which can detrimentally affect their physical and mental health.＋

＋In conclusion, despite having some captivating benefits when moving away for works like diverse jobs' opportunities or high-quality working professions, there are still some disadvantages that must be taken into account such as families' care or high expenses.
