＋The notion of working in multinational comapnies instead of small scale business has been a long standing topic of discussion. I strongly agree with the idea to get employed with large scale companies on account of personal as well as professional growth and expansion at international level which generally small companies lack behind.＋＋

The significant arguement to bolster my viewpoint is that, these days several major companies offer wide range of facilities to thier employees. This will directly proportionate to thier living standards. Meaning working with leading and well- established firms supports financial stability leading to raise the quality of living. For instance:- Google a well- known and well-polished company in the world assist thier workers to do spectacular yet incredible jobs at workplace;consequently, offers them vital growth in job.＋

Another statement in this favour is large companies substantially invest more in emploment training at global level. Strict deadlines, Multi-tasking projects, reseach works faciitates the workers to excel thier boundaries of knowledge and confidence. Their capabilities are well fournished by working under high pressure. However, this serves a better opportinity for well deserving candidates among all. Such companies offers abroad tours, meeting with foreign clients fabricating the person with advanced perspectives of business. This could not be possible working under small scale business as their working ties-ups are quite limited. Such companies never let thier working professionals to come in front and take in charge.＋

＋To conclude, although working in small scales industries are quite easier and peaceful. But personal and professional growth is only possible by joining big firms. I firmly believe that industries on large level offers their employees with essential benefits that person need to stable at this cutting edge world.
