＋Nowadays, Existing diverse skills to learn, especially for students, for they need to equip themselves carefully to meet employers’ demands in the future. Therefore, some people contend that children should early adapt to the competitive environments by often competing with others. Meanwhile, other individuals believe that children should learn how to collaborate with others effectively. From my perspective, I agree with the second viewpoint for two compelling reasons.

First, teaching to cooperate with their peers or other people helps children improve their teamwork skill. Working with others improves student’s abitities such as communication skill, collecting information skill and other significant factors. Based on that, Individuals would own a valuable factor which is crucial to create productive outcomes. Therefore, they would achieve more rewarding results and having more opportunities to get promising job.＋ Secondly, collaborated-related skill would help children become a responsible individual. This is the factor that many employers need most, for they need reliable and responsible employments. In other words, students who possess this quality will try to finish their task effectively and avoid to affect to others. It is far more important than other skills because students would earn the respect of others and become a valuable individual. As a result, this quality will create a profound base for shaping a prospective people and get a lighter future.＋

In conclusion, although healthy competition can motivate children to improve themselves, I believe that cooperation should receive greater emphasis. By developing transferable skills and fostering positive personal qualities, cooperation prepares children not only for successful careers but also for meaningful contributions to society.
