From my perspective, I agree with this suggestion, since the standards of education can significantly influence residents' behaviour and perception, which can considerably contribute to reduce sustainably the crime rate＋

In the contemporary world, prision is regarded the most popular and optimal methods to punish and treat crime, since it enables governments and states effectively to threaten citizens and regulate appropriately their activities. However, education can be a more effective and moral measure to treat serious crime, because bad behaviour and harmful actions often are rooted in poor education and negative beliefs, which can greatly contribute to raise the level of crime, esspecially in rural areas. Educating individuals properly and honing their skills can play a pivotal role in regulating their perception and behaviour, since when people have enough knowledge and skills, they will be aware of their activities and the impacts of them to other individuals, which can significantly help governments reduce crime rate. For example, training courses and fundamental classes are providing residents with a variety of appropriate knowledge and skills as well as offer them a proper perception and beliefs.＋

Another reason that support this idea is high quality of education and training can offer individuals a wide range of career opportunities and academic choices, which can substantially help the poor escape from the poverty and maintain favourable lifestyles. Having a degree or certificate can allow people to get appropriate jobs and stable income, which can significantly reduce negative behaviour, wrong perceptions, ease their financial burban and relieve stress about responsibilty. In addition, if parents and adults have enough knowledge and skills, they can set a prime example for their children and young people to follow their pathways, which can dramatically foster a sense of kindness and generosity in children and promote the sustainable development of various countries＋
