Introduction
Body
To begin with, one main reason of the feeling stressed in modern life is people’s works and duties. They usually spend much time studying, working and hanging out to solve their problems. They spend almost all their time in work environments such as companies or schools. They have to take their responsibility. Therefore, they may cope with personal problems or lack of place to unwind. Then, they burn out and feel refused. For instance, youngsters or students often see academic achievements of peer, so they feel disappointed and bored with themselves.+
Another main reason of pressure in modern life is that individuals lack of skills, knowledge involved with taking care of themselves. Owing to development and condition of modern life, members of society are too subjective. They only concentrate on their works and attempt to adapt with the change of society instead of concerning about their health. Therefore, when people come down with illness, they have not skill to cope with it. For example, when people suffer from stress-related disease like sick or anxiety, they do not know how to come over it. This affects dramatically their brain, behaviors and emotions.+
To try to tackle this problems, governments should introduce policies involved with limiting working time and allocating reasonable amount of money for people who have to go to work to earn money or develop themselves. This policies allow individuals to have more time to unwind, spend time with others, family members and have a stable income. Furthermore, in order to tackle stress-related illness, government also should open more hospitals or healthcare centers for citizens. If they did this, members in society who feel stressed would have a safe and health commitment.
Conclusion
+To sum up, there is no doubt that people are facing up with pressure as living in modern life, and the proportions of stress-related disease are growing. It seems likely that this problem become dramatic and serious. These problems need to be addressed quickly, otherwise people will only get worse. I firmly believe that if solutions was done, more and more people would have a good heath and happiness.
