It is a common belief that the governments and large companies have a important role in the improvement of environment . There are many reasons why that opinion become an arguement in the social.＋ However, I disagree with that and have various reasons to support the opposite viewpoint, including the policy chage by citizens's opinion and small, medium company effectiveness.

Firstly, it is incontrovertibe that governments have a main role in the issuance of environmental policies to become a sutainable country. However, the policies always chage after collecting the residents opinions, which have suitable with the current cases. For example, in Vietnam, governments always chage the evironmental policies after receiving the residents's oppions to balance the forest protecting and enconomic improvement. Some rural areas needs to have a good policies to increase the life of people despite that can bad effect to the forest such as deforest for urbanization. Moreover, some endangered spices need to be protected but the governments have not enough experiences and need a support from the deeping researcher.Sencondly, the large businesses cost many tax for the governments, icluding the evironmental tax to improve the current problems of the wild but not as far as small and medium companies. In the developing countries, the number of small and medium business have a higher proportion than the large ones at least 3 times such as Vietnam. Besides, with the sustainable policies, government support the non-big companies become more friendly with the environment such as limition of fuel energy. For example, some countries reduce the tax of eletronic car to encourge the both businesses and citizens use the transports which decrease emissions.

In conclusion, improvement of environment is a responbility of all poeple. Individuals also have a important role on that, not fewer the government or large companies. Residents is significant for the chages to becomes more susatainable in the various countries,
