The diagram illlustrates the process of producing wire. Overall, the procedure consists of multiple sequential stages, beginning with preparation of soem raw materials and ending with cooling. Broadly, the process is entirely mechanical and involve many complicated stages to produce wire Initially, there is a mixture of coking coal and iron one, which is heated in a blast furnance at 1,300 Celsius. The mixture is then transferred through pipes to a Arc furnace in 1,800 Celsius, where it is combined and reduced coal. After removing gas by lime in Fumace in the same temperature with previous equipment in fourth stage, the resulting liquid metal is stored in vats. In the subsequent stages, the liquid is processed to create wire. First, it is poured into moulds to prepare for the next phase. The result is then subjected to pressing and shaping using four same equipment. Once fully pressed and shaped, it is cooled in the first time with 150 Celsius. Finally, the processed wire is cooled again to produce the finished wire product.
