The process illustrates the process of producing a World Cup football trophy. Overall, the production of the process consists of 7 main steps, starting at creating a 3D trophy design in CAD software before approved and ending with the inspection of the final trophy. At the first stage, designer used CAD software to create the initial three-dimensional design of the World Cup trophy before being approved. Then, a wax model is shaped based on the design. After that, we need to place that model into a two-part mould, which has a prepared pouring hole on the top allow molten metal to be added in the next stage Once mould had to prepared, molten metal had poured into the mould before being left to cool and taken out. When a new trophy was formed, it was removed and polished to have a clean and smooth surface. Next, the World cup was engraved with the name and decorated patterns on. Finally, the finished trophy underwent the quality inspection to make sure all the features are perfect before being given to Ronaldo in the final match.
