The diagram illustrates the linear process of manufacturing chipboards from wood. Overall, it is evident that the entire process comprises nine steps, which can be categorized into two main stages, including initially the preparation stage and the production. Notably, almost all steps are carried out automatically, with the aid of several specialized machines. The process commences with the wood being cutted and then trimmed, before being transmitted into some wood-cutting factories. Upon arrival, these cutted woods are cutted and converted into wood chips. After this, the resulting products are dried by a specific machine in 24 hours. During this process, this machine can emit heat and steam. Upon being dried, the heated wood chips are subsequently stored in a basin from one to two consecutive weeks, preparing for the next stage. Having undergone the storing step, these woods are mixed with glue and wax. Following this, the mixture is poured into moulds to shape wooden planks, prior to being pressed by a wood-pressing machine. Once pressed, these resulting planks can become chipboards which are then consumed to produce furniture.
