The table illustrates the percentage of women who take part in senior management in three different companies from 1975 to 2015. Overall, there was an increase in the membership of all three companies, with Eldan Ltd enjoying the most considerable growth to become by far the company with the most involvement from 1990 onward. The percentage of women holding a position in senior management in Eldan Ltd company started at 3% , after which it saw a considerable rise to 14% in 1985. A similar change was seen in the figure for Bamforth Ltd, which increased from 9% to 13% in the first 10 years. By contrast, 16% of women participate in Finsbury Ltd in 1975, with a slight decline to 15% in 1985. From 1990 to 2015, the percentage of women who is membership in senior management positions in Eldan Ltd rose dramaticly, reaching 64%. The figure for Bamforth Ltd and Finsbury Ltd saw a similar changes, but to lesser extent, growing to exactly 46% and 26% respectively.
