The illustration describes how to make a World cup football trophy. In general, there are essentially seven stages involved in the production, beginning with the design of a 3D trophy, wax model, and ending with an inspected metal trophy. In the first stage, CAD software is used to create a 3D version of the World cup football trophy. After the digital design is approved, a wax model is then shaped from the product design. Following that, the mould process is prepared. The model is placed inside a two-part mould, which has a pouring hole on the top. Once the metal is melted, it is then poured into the mould. After waiting for the mold to cool down, the trophy is then removed and polished. The next step is when the name plate, which is right above the patterns, is engraved with details. Finally, in the last stage, the trophy is inspected with a checklist.
