The chart illustrates how many units of five different kinds of jam were sold between 2009 and 2014. Overall, among all the kinds of jam, strawberry held the top spot during almost the entire surveyed period. What is also notable from the chart is that plum jam witnessed a downward trend whereas the remaining jam exhibited a contrasting pattern. At the start of the timeframe, with around 3.1 million units, strawberry emerged as the leading jam. Slightly below were raspberry and plum, with respective figures being approximately 2.8 million units each. This was followed by cherry at about 1.8 million units. At the bottom of the list was grape jam, as its figure stood at almost 500,000 units. Thereafter, strawberry saw an upward trend in the number of units sold, with a marked escalation to 7 million units in 2014. Similarly, the data for grape jam surged dramatically to nearly 4.5 million units in the final year. Conversely, there was a substantial decline in the value for plum, falling to zero at the end. Meanwhile, a slight growth was recorded in the figure for raspberry to around 2.1 for the following three years, then continued to increase, reaching approximately 5.5 million units in 2014. Finally, after experiencing a moderate climb to nearly 2.8 million units in 2010, cherry registered a noticeable reduction to 2 in the next year. It then rebounded significantly, fluctuated slightly, followed by a modest drop to around 2.8 at the end of surveyed years.
