The given diagram illustrates how honey is produced in small-scale commercial production. From an overall perspective, it is obvious that there are 7 main stages in the process of making honey, commencing with gathering nectar and concluding with selling products. In term of bee phase, the bee gather nectar from flowering plants and tranform it to their hives where they deposit the honey. Afterwards, bees dry the honey by fanning their wings over the cells which are kept clean. Then, bees seal each cell with a protective layer of wax. Turning to human phase, beekeepers collect carefully collect the sealed honey combs from the hives which be later pressed. Afterwards, the raw honey is extracted and transferred to a sump tank. At this stage, they overcome heating with high temperature from 45-50 degrees celsius and then flow into sieve tank where impurities, such as dirt particles, are removed. the filtered honey are put into settling tank for 2 to 4 days. The honey-producing process finishes pouring into jars which are deliveried to be ready for sales.
