The table illustrate the percentage of women in workforce and women in the management in Australia, Egypt, sri Lanka, Japan and the United States. Overall, the proportion of Japanese women in labour force is the highest figure, while Egypt has the lowest share of women in labour force. Additionally, Australia and the United States have the higheest proportion of female managers. Another interesting point is that the percentage of female workforce in Australia and sri Lanka has same figure, wheather, the share of female manager in Australia and the United States shows simmilar data. In terms of labour force, Australian and sri Lanka female accounts for 42%, while the figure for Egypt is only 20%. 46% of women in the United State work as labour force.
