Each plan has its own credit allocation, reset monthly. Writing and Speaking credits are separate — not shared.

• Free: 20 shared credits (Writing + Speaking)/month.
• Plus: 100 Writing + 20 Speaking credits/month.
• Premium: Unlimited Writing + 20 Speaking credits/month.
• Speaking: Unlimited Speaking.
• Combo: Unlimited Writing + Speaking.

When the plan expires, credits revert to Free plan level (20 shared credits/month).

No. Plus, Premium, Speaking, and Combo plans do not auto-renew.

Plans run for the duration you chose at purchase (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). When expired, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.

You will receive a notification before expiry to decide whether to renew.

Share your referral link/code from the Affiliate page with your friends. When they purchase their first plan using your code:

• Your friend gets 5% off the order.
• You earn 15% commission on the discounted order total.

Commissions go into your wallet and can be withdrawn to your bank account after a holding period.

No limit. You can refer as many people as you want — every first-time order using your code generates commission for you.

No. Each person can only apply a referral code on their first order. Subsequent orders cannot use any referral code — including a different one.

This is the industry-standard 'new customer acquisition' model (same as Shopee, Grab, Airbnb, Uber...).

If your friend has already used anyone's code before, your code will no longer apply for them.

Common reasons:

• They were previously referred (see question above).
• They are logging in from the same network / device as you — the system automatically blocks to prevent self-referral.
• The code was typed incorrectly or doesn't exist.

If you believe this is a mistake (e.g. shared home WiFi with family), please contact support for review.

Commission stays in Pending status for 3 days after the order completes, then automatically moves to Available and becomes withdrawable.

This holding window covers cancelled or refunded orders — ensuring commission is only paid on truly completed transactions.

Minimum 200,000 VND per withdrawal. Steps:

1. Fill in your bank account info in the Affiliate page.
2. Click Request withdrawal, enter the amount.
3. Admin processes the manual transfer within 1–3 business days.

Every withdrawal request is saved in the Withdrawal history tab so you can track it.

Commission can be voided when:

• The original order is refunded or cancelled.
• Program policy is violated.
• Admin detects fraud (e.g. multiple accounts self-referring, using VPN to bypass checks).

Every void is logged with a reason. Contact support to see the specific reason for any voided commission.

Income from the Affiliate program is personal income. You are responsible for declaring and paying tax according to Vietnamese law.

AI4IELTS does not withhold tax at source for this income.
