The band it returns is a practice estimate, not an official score.

These 30 credits are shared, so you can split them however you like.

The other in-depth analysis sections and the Writing course from Module 2 onwards are part of the Writing or Combo plan; the Speaking course from Stage 2 onwards is part of the Speaking or Combo plan.

• Writing: Writing uses no credits, plus 30 credits/month for everything else.

• Combo: nothing uses credits.

Out of credits? Wait for the refill date, or buy the plan for the skill you need. Buying a plan mid-cycle does not refill the wallet: credits used and the refill date stay the same.

No. Writing, Speaking, and Combo plans do not auto-renew.

Your account is upgraded as soon as the payment succeeds, with no activation needed (if you don't see it after 5 minutes, contact support).

Plans run for the duration you chose (1, 3, 6, or 12 months), counted in calendar months from the moment you buy: a 1-month plan bought on 13 October lasts until 13 November. Buying the same plan again while it is still active adds the new time after the current end date. When it expires, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.

Share your referral link/code from the Affiliate page with your friends. When they purchase their first plan using your code:

• Your friend gets 5% off the order.
• You earn 15% commission on the discounted order total.

Commissions go into your wallet and can be withdrawn to your bank account after a holding period.

No limit. You can refer as many people as you want — every first-time order using your code generates commission for you.

No. Each person can only apply a referral code on their first order. Subsequent orders cannot use any referral code — including a different one.

This is the industry-standard 'new customer acquisition' model (same as Shopee, Grab, Airbnb, Uber...).

If your friend has already used anyone's code before, your code will no longer apply for them.

Common reasons:

• They have bought a plan before — referral codes are for first-time buyers only.
• They are using the same device as you — the system automatically blocks this to prevent self-referral.
• The code was typed incorrectly or doesn't exist.

If you believe this is a mistake (e.g. your family shares one computer), please contact support for review.

Commission stays in Pending status for 3 days after the order completes, then automatically moves to Available and becomes withdrawable.

This holding window covers cancelled or refunded orders — ensuring commission is only paid on truly completed transactions.

Some commissions need a manual check first (for example when you and the buyer share the same internet connection). Those only move to Available once approved.

Minimum 200,000 VND per withdrawal. Steps:

1. Fill in your bank account info in the Affiliate page.
2. Click Request withdrawal, enter the amount.
3. Admin processes the manual transfer within 1–3 business days.

Every withdrawal request is saved in the Withdrawal history tab so you can track it.

Commission can be voided when:

• The original order is refunded or cancelled.
• Program policy is violated.
• Admin detects fraud (e.g. multiple accounts self-referring, using VPN to bypass checks).

Every void is logged with a reason. Contact support to see the specific reason for any voided commission.

Income from the Affiliate program is personal income. You are responsible for declaring and paying tax according to Vietnamese law.

AI4IELTS does not withhold tax at source for this income.
