By accessing AI4IELTS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
1. Service, accounts and age
AI4IELTS provides AI-powered IELTS grading, analysis and practice tools. You must provide accurate information, secure your account, accept responsibility for its activity and be at least 16 years old.
2. Acceptable use
You may not break applicable law or third-party rights; upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content; attack the service with malware or automation; evade usage limits; or copy, resell or redistribute the service without permission.
3. User content and sample library
You retain ownership of submitted essays and recordings and permit us to process them to provide the service. Graded work may be shared by default in the community library after identifiers are removed. You can opt out in settings; samples are generally limited to the latest month.
4. Payments and refunds
Some features require payment at the published price. Plans and prices may change after notice. Any refund policy shown at the transaction date applies; contact support for assistance.
5. AI results and liability
AI scores and analysis are for guidance and do not replace official IELTS results. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fully accurate service and limit liability to the extent permitted by law.
6. Intellectual property and data
AI4IELTS branding, interfaces, source code and owned content are protected. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Vietnam Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.
7. Suspension and changes
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms and may update the terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
8. Governing law and contact
Vietnamese law governs these terms. Disputes should first be negotiated and may then be brought before a competent Vietnamese court. Contact: support@ai4ielts.com.
